#SUNKISSEDBODY WORKOUT 5

Since Cape Town has been cooking up a storm for the last couple of hours, June’s workout routine is 100% fitted for our Capetonians current situation. A sofa workout for those chilly winter days when running or going to the gym feels impossible. All you need is a sofa and maybe an episode of your favourite series to keep you motivated. Its literally as easy as that. Choose your amount of reps and sets depending on your own fitness level.

SOFA DIPS

SQUATS

SPLIT LUNGE

RAISED LEG CIRCLES

RAISED KNEES HOLD

 

KNEE TO ELBOWS

RAISED LEG TWIST

FLUTTER KICKS

SCISSOR KICKS
