SEVRUGA RESTAURANT REVIEW

On a warm winter’s day I decided it couldn’t be wasted indoors as the sun was blessing us with its presence & full advantage needed to be taken. As sushi has almost become my staple food, Sevruga was at the top of “Where to eat today.”

Located in the V&A Waterfront in the beautiful Mother City, myself & Lisa (one of my bff’s) were greeted by friendly staff & a clean, crisp atmosphere as we were seated in the glasshouse overlooking the marina.

Now, Sevruga is famous for their cocktail, sushi & dim sum specials (See more here: Food-blog), so obviously this was the route to go.

Cocktails:

  • Blood Orange Mojito
  • Blackcurrent Collins

Sushi:

  • Salmon Roses
  • Tuna Roses
  • Seared Tuna Sashimi
  • Salmon Handrolls
  • Salmon California Rolls

Short & sweet – The cocktails were refreshing & beautifully made. It looks good, it tastes good, so it’s a win for me. Our sushi was fresh & portion size is well worth it. And did I mention the beautiful plating. I can honestly say that I left a happy girl.

And to end it off on a high note, we received a complimentary glass of Rosé bubbly. Now everyone knows, “You had me at Rosé”.

Be sure to follow them on social media to see all the other beautiful meals they have to offer & to stay up to date with their discount prices & special menus.
