Autumn in London

Autumn with all its beauty

In October I was fortunate enough to spend some time in London. Leaving sunny South Africa I didn’t really know what weather to expect, all I knew was that it’s Autumn in London. With Autumn being one of my favourite seasons, I was excited to experience it in a different city. Stepping out of the airport, I was greeted by the most beautiful flaming red trees, a  feeling I won’t forget. I’ve never seen so many red trees before. It was beyond beautiful. During my taxi ride to our apartment my face was literally glued against the window, amazed by the old architecture and ODD street fashion. For the first time the quote: “I’m so glad I live in a world where there are Octobers”, by L.M. Montgomery made sense to me.

While experiencing Autumn with all its beauty in London, I decided to shoot a look. This idea led to me forcing myself out of a comfy home outfit on a rather chilly Sunday afternoon, into an Autumn inspired street look. A look perfect for during the day or night.
